Silverdraft addresses the significant computational and processing needs of high-end rendering and VFX designers and engineers. Using a combination of motion, mystery, strong color, dynamic angles, and clean layout, we designed the new Silverdraft website to capture their reputation for powerful cutting-edge technology.

“The creative process with The Medium was an extreme pleasure. They brought a fresh perspective, created a number of quality designs, and they always kept their eye on our desired positioning and results. We brought our website live on time and within budget.  I slept better at night knowing that they tested across platforms and devices.  I recommend The Medium for website and design work without hesitation.”

SILVERDRAFT – TELLING A UNIQUE SUPERCOMPUTER STORY

Our ears and eyes light up when we hear phrases like “push the envelope” and “non-traditional” or “something unique that we haven’t seen before.” These types of descriptors are a designer’s dream, as well as an exciting challenge. When Silverdraft approached us for a website redesign, Tim Tiscornia, President of Silverdraft, was speaking the truth when he said “I set the bar high.”Our resulting process used extensive discovery to learn about Silverdraft, numerous initial design explorations by our Creative Director, Josh Tuininga, and then a lot of high-fives at the studio when the client chose our favorite design concept – a unique hero image that relies on a spreading, red ink blot to reveal compelling messaging.

Subsequent page designs are also fully customized, in order to tell the unique Silverdraft story. These include product pages with stats, the company’s unique Hollywood background, case studies and news items, and a showcase of the industry verticals where Silverdraft has used unique supercomputing architecture to address the significant computational and processing needs of high-end rendering, VR, visual effects, and visualization.
